As a mother, I have always believed in providing my son with a peaceful sleep since it primarily impacts his mood the next day. I take care of this by ensuring he wears comfortable night suits for sleep. I have noticed that when my son is wearing a relaxed night suit he is more likely to sleep properly and maintain his health and well-being.

Earlier, I would make my son wear old t-shirts and shorts at nightsuit. But I noticed that he was not comfortable with it. He would wake up in the middle of the night, and complain about the itchy fabric and the mosquito bites. That is when I understood that investing in nightwear is important so I began my search for light and cosy nightwear for my son.

A challenge that I faced was convincing my son to change into his nightwear and then go to sleep. My son usually does not prefer wearing night suits but I want him to make it a habit to get into his pyjamas before going to bed because it will always help him in the long run.

To develop the excitement within him I ordered two nightsuits for kids from Mama and Peaches of dinosaur print. My son loves dinosaurs and having a nightsuit of dinosaur print makes him more likely to change into his nightwear before bed.

Mama and Peaches Nightwear Review

Mama and Peaches is one brand that I have trusted to provide healthy and joyful clothing to my kid. The fact that it is a mom-driven brand allowed me to easily connect with the brand and its values. The shopping experience at Mama and Peaches is like one mother helping out another mother to ensure that their kids are always happy.

Mama and Peaches use 100% certified organic cotton that not only is a healthier choice for kids’ wear but is also environmentally friendly. By using organic cotton Mama and Peaches makes sure that the clothes made are absolutely safe and comfortable for kids.

Organic cotton is produced using sustainable farming practices. It does not include the use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or other harmful chemicals which can cause damage to the skin. Its natural growth organically makes it a soft and airy material for kids’ nightwear. Another reason I prefer organic cotton over regular cotton is because it has a longer life span. My son has been sleeping like a baby ever since he started wearing his favourite dinosaur night suit.

Let’s dive dip into the difference between organic cotton and regular cotton:

Organic Cotton Regular Cotton
Health concerns Reduces exposure to harmful chemicals such as pesticides for farmers and consumers.  End product is likely to be a result of pesticide or chemical residues.
Comfort More soft and breathable, and better quality.  Generally less comfortable than organic cotton.
Allergen potential The absence of chemical residuals decreases the chances of irritation to the skin. May cause skin irritation because chemicals and fertilizers are used while farming.
Longevity  More durable because of strong fibres and lack of weakening chemicals. Does not last for a long period of time as chemicals cause damage to the cloth.
Environmental ethics Grown using sustainable farming practices hence beneficial for the environment. Does not align with eco-friendly practices and hence causes damage to the environment.

Mama and Peaches dinosaur night suit is available for different kids’ sizes and can be personalized as well. The soft elastic waist on the pyjamas makes it a comfortable fit and allows my son to freely sleep in any position. The nightsuit is full-sleeved which also saves my kid from mosquito bites at night.

These nightwear pairs from Mama and Peaches have become his favourite among all the nightsuits he owns. The fit is so relaxed that he can easily play around with his toys. It allows him to truly enjoy his nighttime. Mama and Peaches nightwear are not only beneficial for your kids but also for the environment. I would highly recommend all mothers to try out their clothing.
