1. Loaded Omelette:

Eggs are something that can taste yummy even without salt. But when you can add a lot more toppings to it, it is going to be super delicious. Here is a healthy version for your hunger which is satisfying too!

Directions: Add two whole eggs to a bowl. Add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, carrots, and green peas, with some salt and pepper. Beat them well, and pour them into a pan. Let them boil, and twist them to the other side. 

You can have it as a breakfast with some fresh fleshy fruits or with a tall glass of milk.

 2. Almond Cookies:

One of the delicious cookies, almond cookies is free from maida and sugar. Surprised right? Try them and the taste will be even more surprising!

Directions: Add almonds, oats, and walnuts in a mixer, and coarsely grind them. Take them into a bowl, and add jaggery powder (according to your sweetness), a tablespoon of honey, rock salt, flax seed powder, and cinnamon powder. Mix them in dough consistency; If you feel they are dry, you can add some drops of water to them. Shape them and add them to the preheated oven for 20 min at 150 deg Celsius.

The best satisfier for your craving is filled with nuts and jaggery powder.

3. Chocolate Shake:

Directions: Make a fresh batch of coconut milk, rather than store-bought ones. Freeze the banana in the freezer for 4 – 5 hours. Add the banana to the blender along with 2 tablespoons of cacao powder, along with jaggery or coconut sugar. Now add the coconut milk, and grind them to a flesh super tasty smoothie come shake. You can top it with some soaked nuts and seeds.

4. Nuts Seeds Ladoo Bites:

The seeds are way too healthy and can help in increasing your breast milk supply. You can have one to two ladoos a day, which is way too good for increasing the milk supply along with body, skin, and hair health too.

Directions: You can take almonds, pista, walnuts, cashew, peanut, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, watermelon seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds etc. You can even use rolled oats. Dry roast all the nuts and seeds separately in a kadai or pan. Add it to a mixer in small portions and grand according to your preference. If you like more crunchy you can just go in a pulse mode else you can grind in the form of powder. 

Now add jaggery to a pan, and add half to a quarter glass of water. When they are melted, add the powder, and shape the balls according to your needs. Yummy and at the same time, a perfect snack for the new moms.

5. Sweet Potato:

One of the simple and yummiest ingredients which are loved by everyone around is sweet potato. Easy to make, and can be had as a snack too

Directions: Boil the sweet potatoes, by placing them on a steaming plate. You can peel them and just eat them as it is. One of the best recipes that you can give to even babies. You can even make this sweet potato for filling the potato in samosas. 

6. Carrot Juice:

If you are someone who does not prefer milk, then this combo will be lit! You can combine it with carrots if you don’t like milk but still want to guzzle it down. Perfect night milk or even you can have it in the afternoon by chilling them!

Directions: Steam or boil the carrots until they are tender and soft. Add them into the blender along with chilled or plain milk, with some jaggery powder or coconut sugar according to your sweetness. Strain and gulp them for getting an instant freshener juice that is perfect for moms and little babies.

7. Vegetable Salads:

Vegetables are good sources of vitamins, minerals, and a lot more. You can include all types of veggies and spinach varieties for making your food yummy.

Directions: Cut your favourite veggies like carrot, beetroot, ash gourd, cucumber, etc along with a pinch of salt, pepper, and lemon juice. You can either bake them for 5 mins or even boil the veggies before adding others for a soft and mashed way of tasting them.
