PCOS (PolyCystic Ovary Syndrome) is a condition where small cysts will develop in the ovaries of the women. Even though it is not a serious condition, it will lead to the hormonal changes in women. Do not do too much at the beginning, increase gradually so it will not be a stressful activity for you and you can enjoy it.
