Candles are becoming increasingly popular as they do more than just light up the room; they also make the space look elegant and stylish. Benefits of Scented Candles include providing a pleasant aroma, creating a calming atmosphere and helping to relieve stress and anxiety. The scent of candles can also help to evoke memories and create a sense of nostalgia.
Candles can also be used to set the mood for special occasions or to create an intimate atmosphere on romantic evenings.
I strongly believe that candles are known to have some good health benefits. Hence I wanted to make it a ritual to light up the candle everyday.
For my workstation, I wanted a lead-free wick candle.
Health Benefits of lighting candles
Lighting candles can have several health benefits, such as

The heat from the flame can help to purify the air, as well as release essential oils into the air which can help to reduce stress, improve mood, and promote relaxation. Additionally, the soft light of candles can help to reduce eye strain and improve sleep quality.
While googling, I discovered Sunday Design’s Sunday Sense Candle. A little high for my budget at Rs 2500, but I decided to take a chance on it.
Using natural essential oils for aroma also ticked off another box for me.

Essential oil candles are an excellent alternative to regular candles, as they are made with natural plant-based oils such as lavender, eucalyptus, and peppermint. These candles are known to have therapeutic effects, as they can reduce stress and anxiety, as well as promote relaxation and wellbeing.
Furthermore, essential oil candles provide a more subtle scent (not too loud) than regular candles, making them perfect for creating a peaceful atmosphere.
Review for Sunday Design Sunday Sense Candle:
My candle arrived in luxurious red box packaging, making it very desirable. Candle has an elegant cork to cover it.
It took only a few minutes for the candle to fill the room with a beautiful aroma.
The scent was so delightful that I almost didn’t want to blow it out. When I lit the candle, I could smell the sweet scent of vanilla, which created a calming and soothing atmosphere.
The quality of the candle is really high, as the scent lingered in the air for a while even after the candle was extinguished.
Overall I am quite happy with my decision to go ahead with the Sunday Design luxury candle.
