Meet Ritu Srivastav – a Lady Shri Ram College graduate who gave many years to her flourishing career in Marketing and Sales only to realise that she wanted to be a stay-at-home mother after her daughter (first baby) was born.. later she became a mother to twin sons which made her a full-time mother of three kids (two being of same age)..
But the professional in her wanted to get back to something along with being a “proud homemaker” that she loves to call herself. 
She started writing and baking from home. She got some wonderful opportunities to write for magazine “Good Housekeeping” that bagged her rewards from various brands too.
One of her very first write ups with them was titled ‘Proud to be a Homemaker ‘, got huge appreciation from Good Housekeeping team. This made her realize that she could express herself with words.
So she continued writing and recently one of her write up of got published on the blog of a well known educational consultants of India. She still writes and soon we are starting her exclusive column on #twinparenting at Criesandcrawls.com too.
The other interesting gig of hers is her venture Cups,Cakes And More.. When she won a big Recipe contest sponsored by Dabur at National level, she decided to start something around baking and cooking.
The name of her startup was suggested by her husband who is her biggest support apart from everyone in the family including her kids.
She started by putting up stalls in her society and then slowly she started getting orders.
Today she takes orders for cakes, along with customized gifts.
Within a short span Ritu has managed to fulfil many successful orders and have a huge list of satisfied clients and repeat customers.
What a wonderful and inspiring journey she has!
