PCOS (PolyCystic Ovary Syndrome) is a condition where small cysts will develop in the ovaries of the women. Even though it is not a serious condition, it will lead to the hormonal changes in women. 1.   Regular Exercise

 Do not do too much at the beginning, increase gradually so it will not be a stressful activity for you and you can enjoy it.

Remember small drops make an ocean, so do not expect the result very soon. Remember and believe that your regular exercise will help to decrease the severity of the PCOS’s symptoms and in weight loss, so keep going on.

2.     Say “NO” to Coffee

Several studies have proven that the consumption of caffeine is linked to the changes in hormones and estrogen levels. So it is better to say “NO” to caffeine, especially during the time of PCOS. Instead of coffee, you can have some alternative energy drinks like best herbal tea for PCOS. This alternative energy drink will help you with the management of weight.

3.     Get Proper Nutrition

In the case of PCOS, you must avoid high-calorie food (in general), especially sweets. Have frequent small meals instead of large and irregular meals. And you should know the importance of breakfast, and you should not skip breakfast in any situation.

In your diet plan add fibrous food (brown rice, wheat), iron-rich foods (like spinach, eggs, broccoli), magnesium-rich foods (almonds, cashews, bananas), and consider soy products in your diet. Do not forget to avoid dairy products.

4.     Get Enough Sleep and be Without Stress

Sleep and stress is an important thing that you should consider while PCOS. If you get enough sleep and if you are stress-free you can easily reduce the PCOS’s symptoms. So, aim for eight to ten hours of sleep at night, and stick with a regular bedtime routine.

You should avoid high-fat foods before bedtime. This will help you to get a good as well as deep sleep. And for being stress-free try mindfulness, meditations, being with your beloved people, and some yoga especially breathing practices.

5.     Intake Food which is rich in Omega – 3

Some researchers have proved that the intake of Omega – 3 can decrease the androgen levels in women who have PCOS. So, it is better to take foods which are very rich in Omega – 3 Fatty Acid (fish oil, salmon fish, walnuts, avocado), so consider this and add into your diet plan.
